In the coming weeks, HoopLife Performance Trainer Jamie T.Robertson, will be welcoming members of Elite Volleyball Academy to HoopLife for 16 week long training session. These sessions will provide quick and effective ways to improve maximal strength and power outputs along with staying healthy and on the court for the long haul.
In these training sessions JTR Performance will teach EVA players proper strengthening activities to decrease the likeliness of injury. Along with how to improve their work capacities, power production and overall athleticism.
